24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations on all days other than national/federal /local holidays in order to receive a full credit towards future services.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be refunded or credited.

If a cancellation has not been submitted and our sitters arrive at your home to provide care, your account will be charged the visit fee.

Acts of God will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

48 hours notice is required for cancellations for vacation services.

Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will not be refunded or credited.

Acts of God will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A 7-day advanced notice is required for cancellations on national/federal/local holidays, including the week before Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas in order to receive a full credit toward future services.

Any cancellation made outside of 7 days will not be refunded or credited.
