Wagging Tails Groomers are dedicated to providing your furry loved ones with a relaxing, calm groom for even the most anxious pets. We provide several services free of charge and as add-ons to help your pet in every way we can. These services include spa music, one-on-one sessions with your pet, we come to them, quiet and unrushed grooms, they don't have to wait in a crate, and our Reiki services.
Spa Music
Throughout the groom, we play relaxing spa music at low volume. This helps dogs and cats remain calm while we work our magic. This aids in creating a quiet, soothing atmosphere in the grooming van since it also helps keep everyone relaxed. Animals are extremely perceptive and pick up on our emotions, which also influences theirs. It is important for both the groomers and the animals to remain tranquil during the session and the spa music aids that.
One-On-One
A grooming van offers a ton of privacy. Instead of being in a building possibly with other dogs or cats, your furry loved ones are in the grooming van with only the groomer. This enables us to put our full focus and attention on them and not feel rushed.
We Come To Them
It can be challenging for dogs and cats to visit new places, especially when they need to take a bath there as well! Wagging Tails comes to your pets, and grooms in the comfort of their driveway. Although the grooming van may be new to them, there is a sense of comfort in skipping the car ride to a new place. They simply walk outside their home and into the van, and the groom takes place on their turf!
Quiet, Unrushed Grooms
Due to the nature of mobile grooming, we typically decide our schedule and arrive at our clients at the time of the grooming. This means no animals are waiting for their groom next or waiting to be picked up. We believe in providing every pet with as much time as they need to have their groom completed. We are sure to not rush and take our time with each groom, providing unconditional care during each one. This also means no barking, meowing, or noise from other animals being groomed.
No Crates
As mentioned above, your fur babies will not have to wait in a crate before or after their grooms! This reduces any anxiety or fear that might occur due to waiting or being inside a crate. They are brought straight into the grooming van, and then back to your front door when they are finished being pampered!
Reiki
We are now offering Reiki which is wonderful for dogs with anxiety or behavioral issues. We recently hired a Reiki master this past summer and the sessions have been well received. You can purchase a session in addition to your groom or you can purchase single/multiple sessions separately.
